go to the "Take Control of Your Content Chaos" promotion landing page at www.endcontentchaos.com and complete the survey
form and submit your contact details as required.
- On 14th September, all valid and complete submissions will be entered into a random draw at Lexmark Australia, and ONE (1) winning entry will be drawn.
- The winner will be contacted via email or telephone.
- The promotional period commences on 1st June 2012 at 12.01am AEST and closes on 31st August 2012 at 17:00 AEST. Entry is only open to residents
of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.
Terms and conditions
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over
(‘Eligible Entrants’), excluding officers, management, employees and their
immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
- Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,
step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence)
and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits
an entry that is incomplete or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Eligible Entrants are limited to submitting their details once with the maximum
number of entries gained totalling 1 (with a maximum number of entries per
organisation being 3).
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- The promotional period commences on 01/06/2012 at 12.01am AEST and closes on
31/08/12 at 17.00pm AEST and entry forms must reach the Promoter on or
before this time to be valid.
- No responsibility accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries. Incomplete,
indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- All valid submissions received during the Promotion Period will be entered into
a random draw to be held on 14/09/12 at Lexmark Australia, 13B Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085.
The selection of ONE (1) winning entry is based purely on chance.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
- In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner does not take an
element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of
the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
- Prizes (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or
redeemed for cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the
Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part
of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and
binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize
providers and service providers. The total value of the prize is A$789.00
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including
but not limited to: infection by computer virus; bugs; tampering; unauthorised
intervention; fraud; technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of
the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in
its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
- Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any
contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid. The
use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic
means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and
will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including
its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability and shall not be liable
to any entrant, participant or any third party under the terms of this promotion,
law or tort (including negligence), statute, in equity or for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but
not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or
not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third
party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter)
due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax
liability incurred by winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
- In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or other
circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter the Promoter reserves the
right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or any element of
the prize subject to applicable laws.
- The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the
promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties,
including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. If the information requested is not
provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the
promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the
Promoter may use this information, and may share this information with its
related companies and agents and contractors involved in the promotion who
may use it, in any media, for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the
entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. The winner’s name
may be published. A request to access, update or correct any information
should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, image, competition entry and
photograph/s by the Promoter or any other organisation associated with the
promotion for publicity and promotional purposes or in any article written about
the promotion, without further reference or compensation.
